On December 2, 2002, the meeting of the Board of directors of new social representatives of Xicheng District is organized and held by the United Front Work Department of Xicheng District of the Communist Party of China. The constitution (Draft) of the Friendship Association, President , Vice president, Secretary- general and managing directors are reviewed and passed in this meeting.
